System Engineer (Fresh Graduate) 

Responsibilities:

  • As a coordinator and provide technical support for the setup and configuration of various platforms, e.g. Desktop, Windows Servers, and Linux Servers, etc.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Manage and support patch management, server monitoring, and backup
  • Work closely with internal and external vendors


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in computing-related discipline
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, Window Severs TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an asset)
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated to learn
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills

System Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily system administration and manage all systems and databases like Window, Linux, UNIX, SAN storage
  • Handle server installation, configuration, enhancement, and development
  • Patching, upgrade, performance tuning, monitoring, backup, and recovery for critical systems
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders in providing daily support and advice to end-users
  • To provide help desk support to internal users and handle ad-hoc duties 


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computing or IT related disciplines
  • Perfectly 1+ yrs relevant experience in AD, Microsoft 365, VMWare, Data Backup, Windows, and Linux server
  • Responsible, self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • More experience can be considered as Senior System Engineer

IT Specialist (System Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, implement, and mange major infrastructure projects, such as upgrades, migrations, backup, relocation and migration
  • Provide 2-3 tier support to all systems and databases like Windows, Linux, VMware, Unix, SAN storage
  • Perform system monitor, configuration, installation, and upgrades to optimize performance, security, and reliability
  • Patch, upgrade, performance tuning, backup and recovery for critical systems
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders in provide daily support and advice to end-users
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommend innovative solutions to enhance the infrastructure


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computing or IT-related disciplines
  • Perfectly 5+ years’ relevant experience in AD, Microsoft 365, VMWare, Windows, and Linux server
  • Project implementation experiences such as AD upgrade, migration, backup server upgrade, and migration
  • Responsible, self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior System Engineer

Network Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up, configuring and installing various network devices (such as routers, switches, wifi) and providing network support
  • Responsible for performing network maintenance and upgrades, including firmware updates, patches, hotfixes and security configurations
  • Responsible for preparing and updating documentation regarding network infrastructure, network settings and diagrams


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT, Engineering or other related majors
  • Knowledge of network environment and LAN/WAN/wireless device technology
  • Applicants with knowledge of Huawei/Cisco router and switch management will be given priority
  • Be proactive, have strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and adapt to team work
  • Provide on-the-job training and network certification

Senior Network Service Engineer / Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide T2 - T3 support on network connectivity, configuration, and maintenance of network devicesProvide second-tier technical support and solutions to the implement network projects
  • Prepare and maintain documentation on network infrastructure, network setup, diagram, and guidelines
  • Assist to evaluate new technologies, plan and implement solutions to cope with the user requirements


Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in Computer Science or IT-related subject
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in networking / wireless LAN solution deployment
  • Certificate Holders of Cisco or Huawei would be an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent, and good communication skill
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Network Specialist

Customer Service Office (Hotline)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and requests in an efficient manner
  • Support and resolve issues related to our products or services by following established procedures
  • Log customer requests into the ticketing system, and ensure tracking, follow-up and escalation of the incidents


Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above
  • 1-year customer services/hotline experience
  • Basic computer knowledge

Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
  • Experiences in IT integration projects is a plus.
  • Exposures in China IT products is a plus.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure planning, design, and implementation is a plus.
